A boy who is only 16 lodged an FIR previous week on RCF police station, alleging mother of his best friend for blackmailing him and then molesting him physically for last 3 months.
According to the victim, so-called rapist enforced herself on the guy, recorded a vulgar video highlighting him to blackmail and indulged in sexually assaulting him. Cop is in utter shock and started initial enquiry regarding the case.
As per the accuser, he went to see his friend in Chembur about 3 months back and was informed of his absence by his mother who invited him in the house and asked to wait. Afterwards, she gave him something to drink that had some chemical mixed in it due to which he lost consciousness. It was at that time that she purportedly removed his clothes and forcing herself on the boy, made a video recording. Later, she made use of that evidence for blackmailing him and began to call the guy on a regular basis, compelling him to be physical with her.
Although the boy did not say anything to his parents in the beginning but later when they observed his changing behavior and interrogated its reason, he told them everything.
In the words of his father who is a tailor, “My child is in Standard 10 and has been a good student, but of late I saw a lot of changes in him. He looked scared and his health was deteriorating.”
As per him, “Initially, he did not respond to my enquiries, but later he told us the whole thing. He said that the woman would also take him on outings. Moreover, she claimed that she was pregnant and that she would accuse him of rape if he ever told anybody what had happened.”
Additionally, he maintained regarding the FIR, “The senior police officials were very helpful, they instilled faith in my child and told him to record his statement so that they could take action against the woman.”
Dilip Raut, sr. police officer gave a confirmation of it saying, “We have received a written complaint and are conducting a preliminary inquiry because the matter is very sensitive.” “We have not yet registered an FIR. It will be registered once the inquiry is completed.”
